Illinois Title and License Service Inc has processed vehicle title and license transactions from downtown Springfield since 1954. We handle the paperwork for car dealers, banks, leasing and trucking companies, rental fleets, and individual vehicle owners across Illinois and Wisconsin.
Because our office sits two blocks from the main Illinois Secretary of State facility, we can walk transactions through in person every business day — no lines for you to stand in, no guessing about which form goes where.
